Montreal Jewish Conversion and its wonderful staff -especially the teachers – provided a vast support system and a strong foundation of knowledge for beginning my life as the Jew I had long seen myself identify with.
The many Shabbatons, the in-depth classes, the families that helped show us the many unique ways of expressing my inner truth, the many events that helped form connections, and, of course, the wealth of knowledge that I worked so hard to acquire, continue to provide me with the foundation of what it means to be a Jew, and share it with the community.
Even over a decade and a half later, I am still deeply connected and supported by my teacher and the friendships I made along the way, for which I am very grateful.
