Rabbi Yehuda Gottesman, born and raised in Italy, received his education in esteemed yeshivot in England. Since joining the Montreal Jewish Conversions team in 2020, Rabbi Gottesman has served as a dedicated teacher of Jewish hashkafa for the program’s men’s classes.
In addition to his role in the conversion program, Rabbi Gottesman is the capable Director of Operations at Yeshiva Gedolah of Montreal and a respected teacher at Ohr Samayach Shul. His extensive knowledge and experience in both Sephardic and Ashkenazic communities and customs enable him to guide our diverse candidates, helping them understand and find their place within the Jewish community.
With his warm, friendly demeanor and natural people skills, Rabbi Gottesman creates an inviting and supportive environment for all those he teaches.
